Cancellation policy

By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Please respect our time, as we respect yours. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a $20 cancellation fee/the loss of your deposit. This includes sickness. We believe this is adequate time to cancel/reschedule your appointment and enable us to try and replace your space - Thank you for understanding.

If cancelling an appointment with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be kept as credit or refunded. Please note there are admin fees for refunding.
